Mum’s chilli oil has been a customer favourite since day one. After decades of requests, we’re finally sharing it beyond our restaurant tables - now in a jar, with its deeply flavourful, well-balanced heat and bold aroma.
A balanced blend of garlic, chilli, Sichuan pepper and soy for flavour that lingers in all the right ways.

Mama & Baba
Meet the heart and soul of GG.
Mum’s usually darting between tables and the kitchen, keeping everything (and everyone) in line.
Dad? You’ll find him behind the wok station, cooking up a storm and feeding the masses.
Together, they’ve been the heartbeat of Grape Garden since 1989 — serving up good food, big laughs, and a whole lot of love, all inspired by their Beijing roots.

Flavour Profile
Our mala chilli oil tip toes the line between flavour boosting and heat. The aroma and tingle of the freshly ground Sichuan Peppercorns awaken the tastebuds, with the carefully sourced soy providing a body. Finally all being tied together with some heat to provide a loving hug and a slap to enhance the flavour of your food, without adding MSG.
Ingredients
Freshly ground toasted sichuan peppercorn, fresh garlic, soy sauce and chilli oil made from whole roasted fresh chilli’s.
